For the security of NANBEN's financial systems, staff password recovery requires identity verification by authorised management. We do not send passwords in messages or allow an unverified reset.

Who should you contact?

• Field Collectors, Accountants and branch staff: Contact your Branch Manager for a verified password reset.
• Branch Managers: Contact Main Administration.
• Main Administrator: Contact the Django Technical Administrator.

After the authorised reset, return here and sign in using your new password and any required one-time verification code. You can also register Face ID or a fingerprint after successful sign-in.
